- Discounts will apply based on bulk quantities of golf cart rentals.
- Transport delivery and pickup charges apply for a nominal fee.
- Renter is responsible for securing the golf cart when not in use.
- Do not leave the keys in the ignition of the golf cart.
- Unsupervised / unlocked carts may be towed to our office where they are stored safely. Storage charges may apply to the renter.
- Damages to vehicles during the golf cart rental period are the customers responsibility. All repairs will be billed to the customer at our normal hourly labor rates plus any necessary parts.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to make a note of any damages on the rental contract when the cart is received. Customers will be billed on the credit card recorded on the contract. The customer will be mailed a copy of the charges.
- Payment is due in advance of pickup or delivery.
- We do not hold/reserve rentals for customers without a 50% security deposit. Golf carts are first come first serve unless you have a deposit or the rental is paid in full.
- Customers who want to extend their golf cart rentals must have approval from the rental manager before extension is granted.
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to start of the rentals. Otherwise rental is non- refundable.
- Deliveries/Returns after normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5 and Saturday 10-4) may be subject to additional charges.
- Vehicles must be returned during normal business hours unless arrangements have been made.
- Any keys which are lost by customer will incur a cost of 125.00 for replacement of the ignition switch assembly.
